Neil graduated from the Master of Human Kinetics – Applied Movement Science program at the University of Windsor in 2016. As a graduate student, Neil worked extensively with the University of Windsor Centre for Teaching & Learning by completing the University Teaching Certificate Program. This opened his eyes to learning centred teaching. Neil began his teaching career at Lambton College in the winter of 2014 before teaching at St. Clair College in the fall of 2014. He was hired full time in the Community Justice and Border Services Programs in 2017. Neil also worked as Coordinator for Border Services for the 2018/2019 school year. Currently, Neil is working in the Centre for Academic Excellence as the Coordinator of CEDP and Professional Development.

Neil is passionate about teaching and unlocking the potential in his students. He is happy to share his teaching and CEDP experiences with his colleagues.
