Hi,

I’m Dwayne St. John, Professor & Program Coordinator of the Event Management, Post Graduate Program in the School of Media Art & Design. I began my career at St. Clair in 2016 and I have been very fortunate to continue to grow in my profession.

I have held numerous positions in the Event industry over the past 25 years including Professional Photographer while owning my own Business. I have also held the position of Marketing Supervisor for Caesars Windsor in charge of a team which produced the daily events as well as the loyalty program.

At St. Clair College, I am also a Facilitator for the New Program Coordinator Workshop, Member of the College Graduation Award Committee, Lead, School of Media Art & Design Scholarship Awards Committee, Member of the College’s Academic Integrity Committee & and a St. Clair College Faculty Mentor. I am very fortunate to have these great experiences which I incorporate into in my teaching and with our Event Management Team.

The mentoring process is a great way to meet other faculty and to ask questions or get advice on certain situations. I wish all the new Professors continued success and my door is always open. Looking forward to meeting with you. Welcome!
