Today's college students often navigate a complex web of responsibilities, including academics, employment, social commitments, and addressing basic needs such as housing and food security.
These mounting pressures contribute to a rise in mental health challenges, including anxiety, panic, and depression. This workshop equips faculty with the tools to recognize, respond to, and support both students and themselves in facing these challenges. By fostering understanding and readiness, this session also seeks to break the stigma surrounding mental health support, creating a more compassionate and supportive classroom environment.
