Boris obtained his B.A. and M.A. in Political Science from the University of Windsor. His research focused on the interaction between government bodies and not-for-profit agencies across Ontario. Boris has a unique mix of teaching experience, management experience, and knowledge of St. Clair College systems. He has worked at St. Clair College since 2015 as an instructor in the School of Community Studies. He has also worked as a Program and Graduation Support Officer in the Registrar’s Office. Boris has previously worked in the not-for-profit sector, managing various programs and services that helped individuals and families living in Windsor and Essex County.
